is the perfect venue for any occasion...
Our functions manager will
liaise with you to discuss your needs and
the ideas that you have for your event. From
there we go onto assist with menu planning
and everything from table and venue decoration
to entertainment if you wish. You can choose
to do all the planning and arrangements yourself,
or alternatively you may like to engage botanix
to coordinate part of, or the entire event.
Corporate
clients of botanix have the option
of simply utilising our Seasons Meeting Room
for their staff or client services, or the
Art Gallery and Seasons for both sit down
or cocktail functions. botanix
hosts many functions from privately booked
receptions.
Our function staff are able
to organise numerous entertainers for your
occasion from acoustic solo performers to
flamenco guitarists, jazz bands, and even
soft rock.
Speak with our functions manager about any
specific style of entertainment you may have
in mind.
botanix also provides regular
free performances in the garden amphitheatre
for visitor's enjoyment on Saturdays
and Sundays.
Seasons Meeting Room is a
venue with a difference for your clients or
staff teams.
The meeting room is housed
within the 12,000 Sq M lifestyle centre at
Wellington Point just 30 minutes from Brisbane
City centre and a short stroll from the railway
station and a world away from the hustle and
bustle.
The fully air-conditioned training
room seats 40 comfortably in theatre
style and will accommodate up to 20 in u-shaped
configuration. Our beautiful polished sawn
timber table doubles as a wonderful boardroom
table for 12 - 14, or alternatively
we have quality training tables for your convenience.
The room is fully equipped with drop down
digital projection screen, ceiling mounted
projector with laptop connection to operate
from your laptop or DVD player. A lectern
and whiteboard are available.
The room has a private adjoining unisex and
disabled toilet facility for your group's
convenience and a kitchenette where you are
able to self-serve all day. Alternatively
our cafe staff can deliver piping hot espresso
coffee directly to the room, or provide private
table service in the Lifestyle
Cafe in the adjoining retail gift and
decor pavilion.
As botanix is fully licensed
and able to cater to most requirements it
is worthwhile considering the many other options
available to you in regards to networking
functions, corporate team building days, client
breakfasts or lunches or dinner functions.
